New pricing: a $10K basic integration, and Starter now covers 3–5

by Green Dolphin Software, Integration practice

We've made two changes to how we price integration work — both aimed at the same thing: letting you start smaller, with the price still mapped to scope instead of hours.

What changed

1. A new $10,000 entry point — Basic. If you have one clearly-scoped, low-volume flow — a single source to a single target, standard field mappings — you no longer need a larger engagement to get it built. Basic is a real, fixed-bid build: source code in your GitHub, ≥80% test coverage, deployed to Sandbox and Prod, with a knowledge-transfer session and a week of hypercare. It just covers one flow.

2. Starter now covers 3–5 integrations. Previously, the $25,000 Starter tier was framed around a single bidirectional sync or a couple of one-way flows. We've widened it: $25K now covers 3 to 5 integrations sharing a pattern. If your project is a handful of related flows, that's a Starter — one fixed price.

The ladder, start to finish

TierPriceScope
Basic$10,000One basic integration (single source → target, standard fields, low volume)
Starter$25,0003–5 integrations sharing a pattern
Standard$50,000Multi-system / canonical model
Enterprise$75,000Platform initiative, AI layer, governance
Custom$100,000+Regulated environments, multi-system rationalization

Beyond a basic flow, multi-integration engagements start at the $25K Starter and scale in $25K steps — $50K, $75K, $100K+ — for the rest. The price always maps to scope, never to hours billed.

What hasn't changed

  • Fixed bid, no T&M. One number. If scope changes, you get a written change order with a new fixed price to approve yes/no — never a creeping invoice.
  • A SOW + target-state architecture diagram in 3 business days of your intake.
  • Senior-only delivery. The architect who writes the SOW writes the code.
  • You own the IP. Source code is transferred to your GitHub at handover.

Start small, scale when you're ready

The whole point of Basic is to remove the reason teams put off a single integration they actually need. Build one flow for $10K, see how we work, and step up to 3–5 (or more) when the next project lands.

Describe what you want connected and we'll send a fixed-bid SOW within three business days.

Celigo vs Boomi vs Workato vs MuleSoft: how to actually choose

All four are capable platforms — the comparison threads ("Celigo vs Boomi vs Workato vs MuleSoft") rarely surface the decision that actually matters: who builds the flows, and who maintains them when an API changes. Here is an honest, vendor-neutral way to choose.

Case study: Salesforce to NetSuite, reconciled — a distributor cuts sync errors 92%

A mid-market B2B distributor was losing orders and days of finance time to a half-working Salesforce-to-NetSuite connector. We rebuilt the sync as a fixed-bid engagement — customer matching, SKU crosswalks, multi-currency, revenue timing, and error handling — and cut sync errors 92%.
