During an engagement
Communication runs over three channels:
- Slack Connect: a dedicated shared channel between Green Dolphin and your team. Async updates, quick questions, design discussion. Default mode for day-to-day collaboration.
- Email: formal updates, status reports, change orders, written decisions. Always copies the project Slack channel for archival.
- Phone / video call: kickoff, weekly check-in, design reviews, and major-decision discussions. Recorded when useful.
Major decisions (scope changes, blocker triage, go/no-go gates) are always confirmed in writing.
