No discovery-phase billing

Discovery happens in the intake form (free) and in initial-call clarification (free). Billable work begins on SOW execution.

Payment terms

50% on kickoff, 50% on delivery acceptance. ACH or wire. Net 15 on managed services monthly invoices.
